One-Year Grant provides strategic support and nurtures the professional development of local arts organisations.
Multi Project Grant provides support to local small and medium sized arts organisations of high artistic standard and ability. Through this support, these organizations will organize independent arts projects (two or more projects) with artistic value and of strategic importance, and that can contribute to the overall arts development in Hong Kong.
Project Grant is open to local arts practitioners and organisations. Its support covers a wide range of activities including performances, exhibitions, publications, education programmes, creation, critical reviews and archival work. Application for Project Grant can be made twice a year, and application deadlines are June 30 and December 31, respectively.
ADC has introduced the following grant categories in the Project Grant subsidy scheme in 2008/09:
Please refer to Project Grant Assessment Guidelines for details.
- "Arts Promotion / Community Arts" - to support arts promotion projects organised in the community level;
- Grant for "Cultural Exchange between Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta" - to encourage local arts groups and arts practitioners to take a more active role in participating exchange projects between Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta Region;
- "Grant for Emerging Artists" - to encourage young and emerging arts practitioners to apply.
