All recipients of the above mentioned project must acknowledge the support of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (ADC)  by name and logo in all relevant materials, printed matters and publicity, including publication, poster, flyer, press release, brochure, leaflet, house programme, exhibition panel, advertisement in newspapers, magazines, television and other forms of electronic media, in accordance with the guidelines below:-

1. Size of the LCSD and ADC logos and names must comply with Appendix (I), no alternation is allowed.
2. The LCSD and ADC logos can be proportionately reduced or magnified in size, but it must not be smaller than the minimum size stipulated as shown in Appendix (I).
3. The colour and font specifications in Appendix (II) must be observed. (Remark: no changes are allowed in the design and colour of the LCSD and ADC logos.)
4. Use of the LCSD and ADC logos should be complemented with appropriate acknowledgement as in Appendix (I).
5. The LCSD and ADC logos and the acknowledgement of LCSD and ADC support must be in proportion to other acknowledgements both in position of prominence and in ranking, and in any case no smaller than the minimum size stipulated in Appendix (I).
6. All publications, performances, exhibitions and film/video productions supported by the above mentioned project should carry the following disclaimer: 'The views and opinions expressed in this publication / film / video production / exhibition / performance, and the entire contents thereof, are those of the author / producer / exhibitor / speaker and do not represent the views of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department or the Hong Kong Arts Development Council."
7. All grant recipients must acknowledge the support of the LCSD and ADC, regardless of stage of progress of the relevant project / programme. If acknowledgement of LCSD and ADC support has been omitted in relevant printed matters, it must be inserted as rectification.
8. All publications and publicity materials carrying the LCSD and ADC logos and acknowledgement must be sent to the ADC to obtain prior endorsement before putting in print.
