To have an in-depth discussion on major arts and cultural issues of the West Kowloon Cultural Development Project, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council will organise two forums on 18 and 21 March 2005 respectively.

Topic : Feasible Modes of Governance and Operations

Venue : Same as above

Topics for discussion include software development, operation fund, cultural policy, arts and cultural facilities within and outside the district … etc.

Presiding at the forum will be Mr F K Ma, Chairman of the ADC, Council Members, representatives from the Home Affairs Bureau and Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
