What is intellectual property? While artists are enjoying the freedom of artisitc expression and creation, how can they protect the intellectual property of their artworks as well as avoid the copyright infringement of others?

Mr Wellington Chao, partner of Robertsons Solicitors, will share his experience in handling disputes relating to infringement of intellectual property at the sharing session this Thursday.  He will explain to us what intellectual property is and the interpretation of the legislation  in the context of artistic creation and production.
