With an aim to promote arts at the community level, the Hong Kong Chaoren Shamshuipo Clans Association Limited, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (ADC) and the Dragon Centre Management Limited will jointly organise "Arts for All - Dragon Centre Arts Festival" partnership project from 15 February to 18 March featuring an array of arts performances.

Arts practitioners and arts groups are now invited to show their artistic talents by staging performances at Dragon Centre during the Festival. Performances ranging from music, dance, drama, xiqu and multi-disciplinary arts are all welcome. Proposed performance should be within one hour. Basic venue/technical facilities and honorarium will also be offered to successful applicants.

Application forms are now available at the ADC's administration office (22/F, 181 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong) and can be downloaded from ADC's website http://www.hkadc.org.hk.  Completed forms together with supplementary materials have to be submitted on or before 6:30pm, 9 February (Friday) to the above address. Please mark "Application for performance at Arts for All - Dragon Centre Arts Festival" on the envelope. Applications submitted by post will only be accepted if postmarked no later than the deadline. Late submissions, applications submitted by fax or e-mails will not be considered.
